First time visitor to Northwest. When I got there I was greeted by a friendly staff. Proshop was well stocked with Under Armour and other really nice things. Got a really good deal from the MCG website called e-club. The golf course is a far cry better than most courses in there area and greens were "lightning". I will recommend this course to many other golfers.

Other than a very slow front 9 (2.9 hours), the course was in great shape, particularly for the price. Don't count on the snack shop though. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have much in the way of snack options.

Somehow we got away with paying 20$ for 18 holes at 4:12, in a cart. The course is extremely long, and the rough is dangerous. Long and straight still allows you to score well. Staff was good, we brought 60 beers onto the course and no one cared. Great course for the money, best shape I have ever seen it in, and that's in 8 years of playing there.

New to the website. I've played Northwest Park, probably 100 times. If I have a "home course," this is probably it. One observation you have to make about NW Park is they apparently have greenskeepers that know their business. How they do it with the number of golfers they push thru there, I don't know but the course - well lets just say its never in "poor" condition. Greens are nicer than some upscale courses. Bring your driver. I find playing from the tips at NW Park once a year is therapeutic. Very walkable, has a decent practice range; 9-hole Exec Course; the teaching pro there is pretty good too, btw.

I have never played at Northwest park before, but I have heard the conditions are the best that its ever been in. The tee boxes and fairways are in excellent condition. The greens are in good shape, but they don't break at all, which makes them very difficult to read. My only gripe is that the bunkers did not have fresh sand. The course is in awesome shape, now is a great time to play the longest course in Maryland.

Course is fairly straight forward without any trouble except US open length rough. Couse is in nearly perfect condition, including fairways, rough, traps and greens. Staff is friendly and professional.

Great track that is in great shape right now. Very long course that will challenge your mid iron game. Pace was good, staff was friendly, overall great experience. Chicken Salad sandwich was a very solid choice at the turn. One tip for this course: be accurate off the tee or else you'll be hitting out of US Open type rough.

The course was in pretty good condition considering the recent weather. We had a late morning tee time on a Sunday morning and I felt the marshalls could've helped keep things moving a little more efficiently on the back nine. They've added a outdoor grill operating on the weekends for those who want a pretty good hot dog or burger at the turn...

This course plays long; needed my driver on every hole but the Par 3's. Greens were still recovering from being aerated, but the real issue was players not fixing their ball marks; can't blame the course for that. Staff was friendly and we played until it was too dark to see. Overall very enjoyable course that makes you use all the clubs in your bag.

this is an excellent layout...over 7300 yards from the back tees, with a lot of variety...greens need another week to recover from aeration, but they rolled pretty good....fairways were nice...big range and putting green...lots of play...probably a five hour round...if you've never been here do yourself a favor and play this course
