| Played this course last spring and it was in much beeter condition then. Fairways have numerous burn out spots and several greens also have several burn out spots. Traps and rough are still excellent however. Tees showing some traffic wear. Snack bar was closed when we finished early morning round. Still an overall enjoyable round. |

| I have played Patuxent at least a dozen times over the last 5 years, and right now it may be in the best condition that I have ever seen it. Overall, it's not the most impressive course, but it is still a well-kept, full 18 holes and you'll need every club in your bag. The layout presents plenty of challenging shots, and at $25 for a twilight rate (I still got all 18 in and tee'd off close to 4:30), it's well worth the price. Definitely would recommend this course to those looking to swing the clubs at a very reasonable cost, just don't expect a top-tier course, and watch out for all the wildlife! |

| $25 twilight, not bad! You could literally take your driver, SW, 5I, and putter and play the whole course! Not too exciting. We played a round in under 4 hours which was great, but there were some holes that needed some work. I wouldn't rush to get back there, but if you are in the area, it's not a bad place to check out. |

| First off, Jssquad and Sliceballs I happened to play at this course during twilight hours as well and the cost was $29. I teed off after 4:30. Their website needs to be updated. This was by no means an impressive course. Given the amount of rain that was received all week prior to this round, it was easy to see that the course had not been mowed in over a week. The fairways were extremely slow. A drive right down the center of the fairway got no roll whatsoever. I've seen this course in much better condition. However, given the recent rainfall, I would still play this course again to see if this particular day happened to be a fluke. |

| Great municipal course. Tee boxes and fairways were near perfect. Greens were very fast with a lot of movement. Pace was the only issue. |

| The course is very short, but the extremely fast greens make it very challenging. Enjoyed the grill at the turn. Friendly staff. Pace was really slow though. |

| Course is in excellent condition and layout is interesting with a lot of water in play. Course gets heavy play but moved along at a good pace. |

| The reason for the poor scores on this course at this time, are due to the fact that it was recently aerated and the greens top dressed. Under normal conditions it is a nice little course. |

| All I can say is WOW! I played this course last year, and I promised myself I'd never play there again. However, after hearing they spent $1.5 million to renovate this course, I had to see it with my own eyes. No more patchy fairways, no more dirt greens, no more duck excrements! This course is in tip-top condition, and I'd recommend it to all. |

| This course is the definition of rinky dink. Very short. great for a hack job. Longest fairway grass I've ever seen. Fairway grass was longer than augusta's rough. Fairly cheap but not a real test of golf. Greens were soft with a fair speed. Overall an OK course if you are looking for an easy day and very short holes; not to mention the rough, i mean fairways. |

| For the price, I would recommend this course. It was not in the best condition when I played it, but the cost was somewhere around 25bucks after 12. I enjoyed this course since it was the first skins game I ever played, and I actually beat a good friend of mine who happened to be a great golfer. I must be getting better. |
