| Paid $75 for twilight at Bear Trap Sunday, and to be honest I feel kind of ripped. The cost didn't include range balls, the course was in subpar condition and the staff was not very accommodating. I should have trusted the review on the site prior to playing, there are a ton of better courses around that provide a much better golf experience. The greens were slow, the fairways were not only burnt out in many spots, but were hard and difficult to hit out of. There is nothing too exciting about the course, most of the holes are straight forward with bunkers on the sides of the fairways, all of the water is lateral and really not in play. On the flip side they do have a nice practice facility, with a grass driving range, chipping and putting green. I would recommend playing Rum Pointe to the South or Rookery to the North. |
