| This was my first time playing here. It is truly an awesome golf course. The sheer beauty of the course and surrounding countryside almost makes you forget that your here to play golf. If you are directionally challenged this is not the course for you. Most tee shots require a pretty straight hit. I found it to be a fair but challenging course. We played the first 9 holes with Woody who was a course employee. He was extremely helpful to us by pointing out the various pitfalls of certain holes.The only negative comment that I had was the condition of the bunkers arouind the greens. They were were mainly dirt and about an inch deep.Very hard to hit a good shot out of. But overall it was a great course. |

| Course is tough but fair. Sand lacking in some traps makes playing even tougher. Lack of sand is the reason I did not give course better rating. Playing this for $75 in present conditions is a bit excessive. I paid on special for $ 42. |

| The course was in great shape this early in the season. The greens are very slow right now but that won't last for long. The course is pretty tough with a very cool layout. It is well worth the 90 minute drive from Baltimore. |
